Check in time is from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm on your scheduled date of arrival. Check out time of your departure date is by 10:00 am. All UNIT MAXIMUMS are strictly enforced and violation could result in forfeiture of your vacation.
An open security/damage deposit of $150.00 by credit card or cash will be required at check in. If you leave the room extra messy (lots of dirty dishes uncleaned or something that takes the cleaning people a large amount of time to clean they will charge a $100+ cleaning fee) No charges will applied to this credit card provided there is no damage to, extra cleaning required or items missing from your unit. There is a MANDATORY resort fee of $35.00 plus tax due at the time of check-in, for each 7 day period.
Daily maid service is not provided except upon request at an additional charge. Due to limited parking, we are only able to issue ONE parking permit PER UNIT and cannot make exceptions. No RVs, campers or trailers are allowed on property. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. SKATEBOARDS, ROLLERBLADES AND "RAZOR" TYPE SCOOTERS ARE NOT PERMITTED to be used on our property. A limited number of high chairs and Pack-n-Plays are available upon request at check in. Roll-a-ways are available for a small fee; (restrictions apply in specific units) please ask about this at our Guest Service desk in the lobby. Lobby hours are 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily; please notify us if you will be arriving after 10:00 p.m. so that we may arrange for Security to meet you when you arrive.
