Penthouse 3 at Lovers Key Resort is a one-bedroom, one-bath waterfront condo penthouse. Due to its unique location between Lovers Key State Park and Fort Myers Beach, you are afforded miles of secluded white sugar sand beach. If you intend to visit some of the surrounding attractions of Southwest Florida, this location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. Lovers Key Beach has been rated by the Travel Channel as one of the top 10 beaches in Florida. The amenities of a luxurious high-rise resort greet you upon arrival, including luggage carts available at ground level to make your arrival and settling in a breeze. A spacious lobby and welcome desk are on this level, as well as a fitness room and community room with desk, computer and internet access. Lovers Key Resort offers a beautiful heated lagoon-style pool with waterfall and hot tub. There is a well-appointed 24-hour fitness center. Laundry facilities are credit card operated, and there is a coin-operated vending machine for laundry supplies and an ATM machine. In addition the resort is the home of Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant on site! Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Condo amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans, all linens and towels provided, and complimentary WiFi and cable TV.
Upon entering your corner unit condo on the penthouse level and its open-plan kitching, dining and living areas you will be immediately drawn to the beautiful 180-degree views of Estero Bay and the southern part of Fort Myers Beach. There is tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, otherwise with carpeting throughout. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets with hard surface countertops. It is complete with a single stainless-steel sink and all the items necessary to create full course meals, or just coffee and toast in the morning. Just bring the food! Appliances include a range with oven, mini-dishwasher, built-in microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer. The adjacent dining area has a table seating four, which flows into the living area that has a sleeper-sofa, end tables, lamps and coffee table, opposite which is an entertainment cabinet with large flat screen TV and two side chairs and cocktail table next to the sliding glass doors out to the balcony. Open the sliding glass doors off the living room allowing the Gulf breeze to flow through, then step out onto the balcony where you can enjoy the great views from a penthouse level vantage point.
The bedroom has a king-size bed with night stands, lamps and an entertainment cabinet with flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the balcony that has a patio table seating four. The en suite bathroom has a single-piece vanity with lavatory, full wall mirror and storage space beneath, commode and nicely tiled jetted corner tub with shower.
At the entrance of the community, you'll also find a designated trolley pick-up area, clearly marked with a sign. Guests can enjoy the convenience of the trolley to explore various beach destinations. For the schedule and additional details, the on-site management company is available to assist.
