Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment in the downtown area, just 2.5 blocks away. Relax in the morning with coffee or after your beach day on the large, covered, oceanfront balcony feeling the ocean breeze. Coastal décor, high-end furnishings, and stainless steel appliances make this condo the perfect getaway spot. Convenience of the elevator give you easy access to this unit on the top floor.
Enter into the open layout with immediate ocean views to take in while cooking, dining, or relaxing in the living room space. Kitchen if fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve the family meal. Dine together or play cards around the 6-person dining table. Extra 4 counter seats allow you to accompany the family chef, or serves as a casual breakfast spot. Cozy up in the living room and around the large, flat-screen TV. Master bathroom is beautifully remodeled with luxurious tile and décor, standing shower, garden tub, and double vanity. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed with a full en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and an en suite full bathroom also with a shower/tub combo. Bathroom off of twin bedroom is also accessible from the hallway. The king bedroom and twin bedroom are equipped with a flat-screen TV. High-end, fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.
Choose your outdoor adventure surfing at the Washout for surfing, dolphin watching, shelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing tours from various companies based on Folly Beach. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators.
