Our condo is on the beach This Penthouse private residence is perfectly located on Los Muertos Beach in the Zona Romántica and offers over 2,000 sq. feet of spacious and an open living area, which includes a chef’s kitchen with granite counters, custom built cabinetry and high-end appliances.
Just down the beach, is the Mantamar Beach Club, the Ritmos Beach Club and the Blue Chairs.
This 3 bedroom, all with King size beds, 2 bath condo has two en-suite bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and a guest bedroom on the main level. There are amazing views from the balcony overlooking the ocean. The exquisite rooftop terrace with its saltwater private pool boasts a stunning 360-degree view of the ocean, jungle and city. 701 Playa Bonita offers exceptional indoor/outdoor living in the tropics. Perfect to relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets, enjoy the ocean breezes.
The beach is just outside the condo, perfect for your morning stroll. There is a private beach with palapas or the community pool. Just down the beach there are para sailing, jetski and boat rentals.

Summary: This really was a nice spot to stay. Walkable distance to many restaurants. Spent a few days at the beach in front of the condo. We would've loved to use the private penthouse pool but the water was really cold! We did stop at the grocery store before check in and picked up some bottled water - we didn't know that was provided. The condo had more than enough towels and kitchen items. Thanks for allowing us to stay with you!
