Recently purchased and redecorated by new owner. The Condo's relaxing private beach is for your enjoyment to drink up the sun and enjoy the views of the gulf. There is no water entry. There is a sea wall to protect the building.
You picked a great place to stay! Waterview Towers is a quiet and private beachfront gated community. This is the perfect setting for a well-deserved vacation. As you open the front door of the condo, you are presented with the stunning water views. You can enjoy the views from every room inside the condo from floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Every room in the condo has a walkout onto the expansive balcony that expands the wide of the unit to enjoy watching the boats, yachts, your boats, people paddle boarding or electric surf boarding, and dolphins coming in and out of the busy harbor. As dusk falls, the city lights come to life dancing off the shimmering reflection of the water. You may hear the music coming from the one of the businesses across the harbor. Once people see the stunning view from the sixth-floor condo, they are in awe of the stunning beauty of the Destin harbor. You can not picture the breath taking view until you see it in real life !
Boating life is amazing! If you love boating we have a 38 foot long x 13.2 foot wide boat slip for your personal or rented boat in a secured gated marina with cameras and lights. The fee is $45.00/day. If you don't own your own boat, rent a pontoon for fantastic fishing, exploring the harbor, and participating in the fun of Crab Island!
The is on the Sixth floor of Waterview Towers. There are only six floors and the higher you go the better the view! The condo has two bedrooms and two full double sink bathrooms with a split floor plan which gives each bedroom privacy. To the right of the living area is the master bedroom with a king bed featuring a purple mattress. To the left of the living room is the second bedroom with a queen bed featuring a dream cloud mattress and a twin sized bunk bed. The furniture and mattresses are new purchased in 2021. There is no germy carpeting on the floors. All the floors are ceramic tiled and/ or plank vinyl tiled which are great for sand removal and easy to clean.
All the comforts of home are within the walls of this condo. Sit back in the overstuffed leather furniture enjoying the view of the harbor or watching your favorite sport or show o one of the large TV'S. the WI FI is private with a shared WI FI in the common areas of the condo complex. There are six beach chairs, six beach towels, a beach uimbrella, a beach wagon and a small soft sided cooler available for use. If you work remotely from home and plan to do some work or check your emails, there is also a desk provided. You may have a little one and need those larger items from home you don't want to travel with like a highchair or pack n play. Never fear, those are provided too. We provide a no stress, relaxing vacation. Just bring your clothes and show up.
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for use! Enjoy your favorite coffee with the one pod or 10 cup Keurig. Your able to prepare a gourmet meal or a quick meal with the provided crock pot, air fryer, electric griddle. There is also an outdoor gas grill area for use. The choice is yours!
Each floor has at no cost to you the shared laundry room. Inside that room is the trash chute for close convenient trash bad disposal.
Waterview Towers is a low traffic private gated complex perfect for a family experience or anyone seeking a peaceful vacation. It is located on the elite Holiday Isle peninsula between two bodies of water. It offers the best views of the Destin Harbor and the East Pass of Choctawhatchee Bay which empties into the Gulf of Mexico. This spectacular location allows you the beauty of being surrounded on both side by water. One side is the beautiful action filled harbor. The other side allows you to enjoy the private beach and two other beaches.
Norriego Point Beach: Laid back, not crowded with people or rows of beach chairs or umbrellas that you must maneuver to see the water. Has four inlets to swim and keep you safe from the boats moving in and out of the harbor. Don't let it fool you, you feel the waves. Lifeguard on duty may through September. Just a short 5-7-minute beach walk to the water depending on your stride.
O'steen Trail Beach: You can relax on the beach, snorkel, scuba dive, or catch fish form the jetties. Don't forget to bring you fishing pole and tackle! This is a more populated beach with a plenty of space. Lifeguard on site May through September. Again, this beach is just a short 5-7 minute beach walk depending on your stride. Just inside the jetties, in the East Pass, you will see people snorkeling, kiteboarding, fishing day and night, and dolphins playing.
Both Norriego Point and O'steen Trail beaches offer very limited parking, so neither are overcrowded.
