6 Bedroom House in Bethesda

These two newly renovated properties sits in a valley in the Snowdonia National Park with stunning mountains views on all sides. THE COTTAGES Each cottage has 3 bedrooms, the houses sit next to each other so perfect for extended family holidays where you can have your privacy but be next door to each other. (Each property has their own front door, kitchen, lounge and bathroom). There are 1 king size double room (sleeps 2), 1 twin bed room (sleeps 2) and 1 single (sleeps 1) in each house and a double sofa bed (sleeps 2) in each lounge so sleeps 10 comfortably and 14 including the sofa beds. There is a bathroom upstairs in each with a shower, toilet and sink and both houses have a second downstairs toilet. Each property has own front door, kitchen, lounge and bathroom, there is NO direct inside access between the two houses so also great for two families who want privacy at times. OUTSIDE There is a sheltered patio at the back with wooden seating that will seat 10 people all with mountain views. AMENITIES We do not provide high chairs, cots, stair gates so not suitable for infants. Whilst we do provide free WiFi due to the rural location the internet speeds are slow and are not always reliable. There is currently a fridge freezer and dishwasher in both kitchens but no washing machine or drying facilities. LOCATION Our two cottages sit at the foot of mountains in the Snowdonia National Valley. There are walks just opposite and around the valley. There are a few local shops 5 minutes drive away and the local town is Bangor where there are lots of restaurants and shops and of course the sea. Zip World, a local activity centre with one of the longest zip wires, is 5 minutes drive away from us. ACCESS You have access to all areas of both houses. The garage is currently unavailable, but there is ample parking in the front drive. GETTING AROUND A car is needed for travelling around, except for hiking, as there are walks all around our cottages as we are in the Snowdonia National Park.
