This newly remodeled 336 sq foot studio(one room) apartment has everything to offer! Brand new luxury king size Nectar memory foam bed, all new bedding, furniture & paint. Beachy and sparkling clean in one of the best locations for a vacation getaway. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION A safe & short 8 minute walk on all sidewalks will bring you to downtown Jensen Beach's bars, restaurants & shopping to your hearts content. The beautiful clean beach is just a 5 minute drive from here as well. The main home where I live has a separate unattached studio apartment. The studio has its own private entrance accessible through my fenced in rear yard and patio. I am located on a dead end street. The studio is 336 Sq. Feet with no wasted space and every detail has been thought of. The main home and studio are connected by a breezeway which is the studio entrance. This studio is completely separate from the main home and has its very own kitchenette with an oven & stovetop, 4.3 cu ft refrigerator, microwave and new (8/2019)Keurig coffee maker. You will sleep like a baby in one of the most comfortable beds on the market (new 7/2019). The Nectar memory foam king size bed, complete with luxurious 1800 thread count microfiber Egyptian sheets will have you feeling like you are in heaven. At the end of the bed you will also find a beautiful 40” smart flat screen tv with cable. In addition, there is high speed internet access so you can stay connected throughout your stay if you choose. There is also a full size bathroom where you will find plenty of towels, both for the studio and the beach. The full size shower has a fully equipped soap, shampoo and body wash dispenser for your convenience. Just outside the studio door you can enjoy the Florida sun and work on that tan on the tropical patio. Hungry? Feel free to use the gas grill, use the fully equipped kitchenette, or you can order food from one of the many area restaurants that are happy to deliver directly to your door. Guests are welcome to use my washer and dryer conveniently located just outside the studio entrance in the breezeway. If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact me here.
