Cocoa Villa is one of two luxury villas at Pelican Nest in the neighborhood of Leeward Estates. Walk just steps through our property to the perfect white sands of Grace Bay beach. A private, peaceful environment where you can rent one villa or, both for the ideal family or friendly vacation. This spacious, 4 bedroom, 4000 sq./ft. villa, is fully screened with a private pool and surrounded by lush tropical gardens Yet we are just a 5 minute drive to the centre of Grace Bay commercial area, and 2 minutes to the marina and golf course. Entering Cocoa’s Great Room, past the hand crafted mahogany french doors, your view will be drawn to the breathtaking vista of the ocean 200 meters in front. The Great Room leads you through to the breezy pool patio, grill and gardens. The mahogany hardwood kitchen is designed for gathering and entertaining, with granite countertops, wine chiller and island that is also the perfect breakfast counter. Enjoy this charming 4 bedroom villa where all bedrooms have airy vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. 3 bedrooms have their own ensuites and french doors leading to balconies or terraces that invite you to enjoy the ocean breezes and the views of Provo's crystal clear waters and unforgettable sunsets. Relax by the pool in the hammock and lounge chairs or, wander down to the beach, along a private sand path to our 300 ft wide beach, where you will find lounge chairs just for your Villa under the coconut trees Please ask us about our 3 bedroom/6 person rate, (including children), in low season. You would still have the entire Villa! We will meet and greet you at the airport upon your arrival and lead you back to the villa for an orientaion. All rates do not include 12% government tax. Rates are for maximum 8 persons, including children Air conditioning is separately metered and charged back to the guest at cost. We have recently, (May 2018), installed a new Inverter driven High Efficiency AC system. There is a 7 night minimum December 19- January 7/21. Booking requests with Christmas and New Years in the same week will not be accepted
