Welcome to the Pelican House.... Our house is set up to be like "home away from home" with all the usual home amenities. However Tenants are required to supply their own linen (bed, bath and kitchen) and to leave the premises in a neat and tidy condition when they vacate. If necessary, linen is available for hire at a rate of $20 per room for the vacation period There are 4-5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/toilets which will suit 6 adults and 4-5 children. Bedroom 1/2/3 - Queen/double bed Bedroom 4 - 2 double bunks Bedroom 5/Sunroom - single bed/sofa The house has large screen TV (55') in lounge and another TV (42") in the sunroom for the kids, DVD/stereo plus pool/snooker table. Our house has fridge/freezer, bar fridge, washing machine, dishwasher & microwave. There are lots of kitchen aids provided as well. Best of all - you can moor your boat at your back door! Important: A): Please note: This house is set up to be a retreat for family/friends, not as a "party house". FUNCTIONS AND/OR PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED B): NOTE: If you use the bbq, it is required to be cleaned before you leave. Failure to do so will result in additional charges. C): Our booking policy requires a minimum booking of 2 nights. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully prior to booking
