Positive: The flat is spacious, has everything you may need. I liked that I could hear the neighbours only slightly. It was guiet, I stayed in november, it's a pitty I couldn't use the pool - too cold. The bus stops is not so far.
Negative: Just two things - a hard mattress and no room number on the door (had to look for long)
