Two bedroom, two and a half bathroom stilted half-duplex with upgraded furnishings, large kitchen with eat-in island. The open concept first floor offers great canal views and a screened in porch with large dining table with seating for 8 people and wet bar. Large flat screen TV in the living area and comfortable seating for all! The living room couch has a Queen memory foam sleeper sofa. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, both ensuite style. Meticulously maintained and beautifully updated right in the heart of Marathon!
Outdoor space galore, deep, clean flow through canal with immediate access to the open Gulf! Plenty of dockage, 37 ft, with a fish cleaning station with water and electric. There are two complimentary bikes, ride the airport loop just across the street! There is also a kayak to explore! Beautiful in-ground pool overlooking the canal.
