Peggy's Farmhouse is located at the end of Cooneymus Road on the Southwest side of Block Island.
The house is a quintessential Block Island Farmhouse spread over three levels (the kitchen is on the ground level, living room, queen bedroom and full bath on main floor, 2 twin bedrooms and 1/2 bath on second floor) with three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The stairs in this vintage farmhouse are steep.
New renovations in 2021 include air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and kitchen.
Enjoy a water glimpse from the main and second floor and be lulled to sleep at night by the sounds of the bell buoy. Just steps from one of Block Island's most beautiful exploring beaches with stunning sunset views.
The property, at just over 1 acre, is a great place to gather with family and friends while playing yard games. Come relax and unwind in this special spot.
