Positive: It was the most relaxed, most restful stay of our entire vacation. A great starting point for exploring Serra da Estrela. In the middle of nowhere, you can enjoy the tranquility and fresh air of the Serra da Estrela. The staff is very friendly. The food is amazing. There's plenty of parking.
Negative: There was nothing to complain about
