Are you looking to have all the amenities of a resort while you live the mountain lifestyle? Things like on site dining, spa services; numerous hot tubs, two large pools, arcade, bar, concierges, bell hops etc. Oh did we mention we sit right next to the Beaver Run Super Chair and you can grab you gear from our free storage lockers downstairs and ski 20 yards downhill to the lift line?! True Ski In Ski Out!
Well, look no further. Our freshly remodeled mountain view studio suite, or our home away from home as we call it, has it all! Beaver Run is ideally located just steps from everything you can desire in Breckenridge. Step out the back the door from you free ski lockers to access the Beaver Run Superchair lift at the base of Peak 9 for a day of skiing and boarding.
Come home to have a beer or cocktail with an app or grab a romantic dinner with your partner all within steps of our room. Still not satisfied? How about a 5-10 minute walk to town or call the resort's FREE shuttle for a drop off or pick up anywhere in town if you're in a hurry to enjoy the mountain life. The town runs a free shuttle with Beaver Run being a stop as well and Uber is also an option.

You can enjoy indoor/outdoor pools with hot tubs all around the resort. A large pool and hot tub overlooking the slopes are also conveniently located in our building. In the resort you'll find a fitness room with treadmills, weights and other equipment. You can rent skis in the building too! Don't feel like hitting the slopes? How about an Arcade room with mini golf, games, pool tables, and air hockey too!?
Our unit is on the second floor partially overlooking the ski area and natural mountain side where you will begin each day with a breathtaking view of the sun rising over the ski area and some of the snow capped pines. As the condo faces the mountain this unit also offers a lot of privacy and opportunities to see the local moose and "Mr. Fox" as we call him. He's a frequent visitor. There is no place like Beaver Run Resort; and if you're looking for a fabulous location at a great price, you have found the perfect condo!
The kitchen and baths are wonderfully updated. We expect to provide nothing but a 5 star experience for your stay in this condo with some of the best views in town from all around the resort.
You'll also be welcomed to a fully stocked kitchen for those with a passion for cooking, or looking to save a few bucks. Cooking not your thing? There are plenty of restaurants in short walking distance or free shuttle ride to satisfy any craving. Simply head down the street to enjoy the shops, dining, and other entertainment Breckenridge has to offer.
