- We are readily available via the VRBO app or email Monday-Saturday 9 am-6 pm and will respond quickly during business hours!
- Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.
- All guests must be 18+ unless accompanied by a guardian.
- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM EST on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- If you bring more humans than reflected on your reservation you will automatically be charged $100 per human.
- Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, say something.
- No smoking of any kind. $100 fine.
- No fires of any kind including candles. $100 fine.
- Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you.
- By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement.

Summary: We loved the location of the property. The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor entertainment. The physical layout was marvelous, but the sounds reverberated throughout both up and downstairs. Would suggest a deep clean of the dust on the walls and ceilings. The rugs are a tripping hazard as they have rolled corners and wrinkles in the middle. Enjoyed the open kitchen for preparing big meals. Overall, it was a great stay!
