Captains Harbor condo on the north end of Pine Island in Bokeelia. This upgraded 2 bed 2 bath condo offers fast access to the Gulf of Mexico and Cayo Costa state park. Second bedroom converts from two separate beds to a king. Condo includes 3 flat screen Comcast HD TV's with custom tile, carpet and furniture. Stainless steel appliances. Granite counter tops. Keurig coffee maker. Dish washer, micro wave, garbage disposal. Lower level work bench and 2nd refrigerator. Car and trailer parking. Perfect for snow birds looking to get out of the cold and enjoy the warmer weather that South Florida offers. The property includes a swimming pool and tennis courts. The condo is located on the water with access to boat docks. The fishing in Pine Island Sound and Charlotte Harbor are great opportunities to catch Trout, Tarpon, Snook, Snapper, Red Fish, Grouper and many more. Bring your catch to the Lazy Flamingo (within walking distance) and have them cook up a fabulous meal at a reasonable price. We have a strict no refund policy for canceled trips so we advise our guests to buy insurance. Most rentals occur many months in advance and it is not possible for us to re-rent the condo should you have to cancel your trip. We are completely booked from January through March 31st 2019 at this time. November & December 2018 are still available. For those of you looking to book for 2019 Tarpon season and the 2019 summer months those dates are currently available.
