Our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home features an open living space with a fully equipped kitchen and game room that spills out to the covered patio. Spacious backyard with a heated saltwater pool and relaxing lounge areas.

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Out of respect for our neighbors please observe quiet hours after 10pm.

Additional rules

-No illegal substances/activities allowed
-No unregistered overnight guests
-Guest making reservation is required to be 25 years or older and present at
property for the entire stay
-According to local regulations, guest must belong to the same family or be no more than 3 individuals from different families
Please be courteous to our neighbors and observe outdoor quiet time hours of 10pm-8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without any refund
-All vehicles must be parked on the driveway, no parking on grass or street, 4 vehicles maximum
-Make sure to turn off the lights and electronics before leaving the house.
Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the doors.
-Dispose of trash regularly to outdoor cans and make sure to put out on designated days for pick up
-Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner.
Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests.

a. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk

e. Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers
f. No glass in the pool area
CHECK OUT PROCEDURES:
a. CHECK-OUT NO LATER THAN 10AM
b. All furniture should be returned to its original location.
c. Empty all trash in green garbage can located at the side yard near the gate. All recycling should be placed in the blue garbage can.
d. Remove and dispose of all perishable food items from refrigerator and pantry/cabinets.
e. Place any dirty dishes, utensils, etc. in dishwasher and turn it on when you depart.
Additional information
There are 3 exterior cameras on-site for safety. A ring doorbell at the front and cameras pointed to the side and rear entrances. No indoor areas are visible on the cameras.
To protect from malfunction, the AC/heat will temporarily turn off if any of the exterior doors are left open for 5 minutes or longer. Once the door is closed, the AC/heat will resume operation automatically.
In order to maintain a safe and clean environment for swimming, the pool is professionally cleaned each week. Pool cleaning is scheduled for Tuesdays between 8am and 10am.
Our lawn care professionals typically come on Friday mornings to trim the grass. On occasion, bad weather will force them to come at a different time. We will do our best to keep you updated if there are any changes to the schedule.
