The quiet inlets and beautiful bays that stretch below the house are home to sea turtles, stingrays, and flying fish and beckon to be explored by kayak, sailing and swimming or snorkeling. Also overlooking the grand views is a large infinity edge pool with sundeck appealing for relaxation and sun bathing or even some light exercise, complete with its own shower, changing room and bathroom.
Following a path through the tropical gardens that extend to the sea takes you to the property’s very own private dock! This private dock is the perfect feature for boatmen, water-sports enthusiasts and keen fishermen to set sail for an ocean adventure at any time, or even just to step aboard a luxury charter cruise right from your villa!

Constructed in the tranquil high-end private community known as The Peninsula, the villa was designed in 2008 by Andrew Goodenough, the renowned Antiguan architect.

This room flows beautifully into a gracious dining area with breathtaking views of the sea on two sides. Throughout the house travertine floors imported from Europe, red cedar doors and shutters with mosquito screens add to the charm of the home. Walking out onto the front terrace, which is lovely for breakfast or outdoor dining, you find a quiet place to rest watching spectacular sea views over the North Sound or a sunset against the silhouetted mountains to the West. The study to the East of the terrace provides convenient office space with wonderful views from the windows and doors.
With high end appliances, granite countertops and more breathtaking views, the kitchen invites you to make yourself at home. For your convenience a washing machine and dryer can be found in the utility room below. Soothing ceiling fans cool the kitchen, living room and dining room.
