All three bedrooms feature queen beds and full ensuite bathrooms with their own private decks offering stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The property is remote but fully equipped with high-speed internet and wi-fi throughout the home. The home is conveniently located near Wilkesboro (10 miles), Blue Ridge Parkway (10 miles), and Boone (20 miles). Peaceful Horizons is convenient to Charlotte airport with a scenic 2-hour drive to get you there.

Our guests are invited to enjoy our Horseback Riding program where you can experience the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains pristine wilderness by Horseback (reservation required). You will have access to miles of hiking trails, mountain streams, stocked fishing pond, community swimming pool, playground and tennis courts, creek tubing (seasonal), on-site restaurant with active live music & event calendar (guest advised to check hours when planning meals).
Leatherwood Mountains has surveillance or recording devices on the property. Our neighborhood is very safe and our property very secluded. For added peace of mind, we have security cameras by the gated entrance and common areas. Individual properties may also have cameras on the EXTERIOR of homes.
