Welcome to Paradise by the Bay. This three bedroom, three bathroom ranch home is located in a private setting in Northport, MI.
Guests of this home will enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the woods with the back yard opening up to the private lake access. Inside of the home guests will have access to a master bedroom with a queen bed and two guest rooms each with two twin beds. Additional sleep accommodations are available with the pull out couch in the den.
The home boasts a fully stocked kitchen complete with dishes, utensils, basic spices - everything you will need to make a wonderful meal for your family. In addition to the kitchen, there is a propane grill available for guest use as well. There are three full bathrooms within the home. With a dining room, living room, den space, and three seasons room there is plenty of space within the home for guests to spread out.
Outside of the home, guests have access to the deck complete with an outdoor dining set. There are lounge chairs and beach chairs available for guests to relax in the peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The waterfront is shallow entry from a sandy shore into a sandy bottomed, clear freshwater lake. Guests have access to inflatable tubes to float around in the bay. For those guests looking to take a working vacation, the home does offer wifi along with a smart TV in the living room space. This home has everything to make your vacation feel like home away from home - with gorgeous views of Grand Traverse Bay.

Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.
We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and/or dishwasher tabs if a dishwasher is available at the property.
