Summary: The photos made the space appear larger than it actually is. Upon entering the room, we were immediately greeted by a strong, unpleasant fishy odor near the entrance. It was quite overpowering, although thankfully, it didn't permeate the entire house. We later discovered the smell was coming from the fridge compressor. Unfortunately, since it was the first and last thing we noticed when coming and going, it was hard to ignore, which led us to cut our stay short.Additionally, we didn't realize the property was a duplex with a shared wall, which wasn't ideal for our preferences. The outdoor space was limited, with a small deck that didn’t offer much for sitting and enjoying the view. Parking was also a challenge; we had to park on the side of the road, close to plants, which made it difficult to get my daughter in and out of the car without having to move it first. We also noticed some maintenance issues, like spider webs around the unit and a loose stair railing.Despite these negatives, the place did have a nice view, but overall, it just didn’t meet our expectations.
