Summary: Can I start by saying we chose this location because we had stayed here 2 times previously and have LOVED this location. This time however, the gate code was outdated (it said December in my email) and at 10:30 at night, the last thing you want to do is NOT be able to get into the first locked gate. Then there are 5 condos and they are all labeled. I went to 5 different doors with the PM on the phone with me trying to get into the correct house. This I found very unsafe! Once we got in, and our nerves settled, we were very happy with the location. I am very grateful that our phone calls were answered and they stayed on the phone for an hour making sure we got in. I would recommend letting the guest know which condo they are staying at. Now a days, you never know who’s on the other side of the door.
