Nestled in the beautiful city of Arcadia, FL is a hidden gem named Paradise Ranch. With 3 luxury homes, two cabins, and one campout space overlooking the river, there is something for everyone. Paradise Ranch has 3 ponds, private access to the river, fire pit, outdoor dining spaces, meditation area and plenty of undeveloped land, perfect for exploring. Guests can enjoy canoeing, fishing, fossil hunting and relaxing! For those who prefer all the fixings there are 3 spectacular homes (Palomar which sleep 8, Casa Grande which sleeps 8, and Casa Chica which sleeps 5). All three complete with central A/C, full kitchens, wifi, flat screen TVs, and apple TV. Palomar is equipped with surround sound and amplified cellular service. All homes and Cabanas have wifi service For those who feel a tad bit more adventurous there are 2 cabins (Cabana Sara which sleeps 2 and Cabana Guest which sleeps 4). These cabins are connected by a veranda and each has its own bathroom Both cabins have wall mounted A/C units, a mini fridge, a microwave & coffee maker. For our guests who really want to be one with nature, Mirador is the place for you! Sitting on the bank of Peace River, this cabin is the ideal place for experiencing the true essence of Paradise Ranch. Feeling the breeze on your face as it passes through the cabin, while listening to the flow of the river will allow you to truly disconnect from the hustle and bustle of todays life. Air mattresses, portable toilets, coolers, and fans are available for campouts. This is perfect to try out one or two nights during your stay as an adventure. Accommodates 2 comfortably. No matter where you stay, guests will have the opportunity to interact with the beautiful wild animals on the property, specifically the deer. Julissa, our resident doe, is particularly friendly. If you call out her name and sprinkle some deer corn, she is likely to pop out of the woods and come to greet you. If you are calm enough, she may even eat out of your hand! We love our wild friends so there is absolutely NO HUNTING on Paradise Ranch. Paradise Ranch offers something for everyone. With 3 ponds and access to the river, guests can enjoy canoeing, fishing, and fossil adventures. The fire pit is perfect for fire side gatherings and roasting marshmallows. The Pied Piper Meditation Area offers the ideal setting to read a book or just simply sit and enjoy your surroundings while listening to the bubbling of the creek. If you have horses, you are welcome to bring them with you. Golf carts are available from a local supplier. There are many trails on the property that are more enjoyable if explored via golf cart. We recommend renting at least a few to be able to get around easily since the property is so extensive. Golf carts are also much quieter than larger vehicles so guests will have a better chance of coming in contact with the wild animals that have made Paradise Ranch their home. If you are interested in golf cart rentals please let us know. Paradise Ranch has multiple locations for large gatherings. Palomar has a terrace that can comfortably accommodate dining for 20+. The property offers a completely separate outdoor cooking and dinning space that can seat 50 comfortably. There is a pergola placed perfectly under a grove of oak trees which makes a spectacular setting for a wedding. (Send us a message if you are interested in hosting an event at Paradise Ranch. Event fees do apply.) As your own private slice of heaven, Paradise Ranch is just right for family vacations, retreats, and events. No matter the size of your party, you will have exclusive use of Paradise Ranch during your stay--our other accommodations will be left vacant. Moreover, the city of Arcadia has so much to offer: Peace River tours, horseback riding adventures, rodeos, and antique shopping for days!
