Located in the heart of St. George Island and within walking distance of all the restaurants, grocery stores, and the park! Unit F-1 is a ground-level unit in the Villas of St. George Island with sliding glass doors that open to a large private patio with views and access to the pool and only a few steps away from the boardwalk leading to the amazing beach. The condo was recently renovated and features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room! It will sleep 6 (possibly 7) comfortably. Flat-screen TVs are located in all rooms and Wifi is included! There is also a large assortment of books and board games to choose from in the living room.
The space
The living room features amazing views of the pool and ocean through the back sliding glass doors and there is a large assortment of books and board games to choose from in the TV cabinet.
Fully stocked kitchen to cook in the evenings if you come in late from the beach! The kitchen is also stocked with a Keurig and standard coffee maker to make your early morning walk on the beach even better! Lots of dishes, pots, pans, glasses, cups, wine glasses, utensils, etc, and a large pantry to stock all your groceries!
The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, smart tv, dresser, ensuite bathroom, large closet, and sliding glass doors with darkening shades for those mornings you want to sleep late. The sliding glass doors also provide access to the covered patio with amazing views of the pool and ocean!
The guest bedroom features a twin-size and full-size bed, TV, dresser, and large closet. Guest bathroom located right outside the bedroom door.
Stackable washer and dryer located inside the guest bathroom!

Grill is conveniently located right outside the back patio sliding door for your grilling pleasure!
There is also access to a bike rack, kayak rack, and fishing cleaning station!
There are a couple of beach gear rental places and most will deliver whatever you want! Golf carts, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, etc.
There are two well-stocked grocery stores on the island both featuring a large variety of fresh food! If you don’t feel like grocery shopping there are a couple of grocery delivery companies that will stock the unit in advance of your arrival! There are also two highly rated food trucks within walking distance that offer several fresh food options for cooking at home, and awesome restaurants just a short walk from the condo. Don't forget to get up early to place your order for the famous Weber's Donuts, also within walking distance!
