A comfortable 500m stroll to the beach. Airconditioning to both bedrooms and kitchen/dining/living areas (3 r/c airconditioners). Preston's challenging golf course is just a 5min walk. Enjoy our quality and professionally laundered bed and bath linen per stay. Doonas, pillows and extra blankets are also provided. All the facilities on the grounds of the resort are made available for guest use when staying at PD's ~ such as the outdoor swimming pools (heated in winter), licensed pool bar, games arcade (with pool table), outdoor tennis courts and licensed restaurant/cafe. The downstairs area comprises an equipped kitchen with microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, electric stove cooktop, other electrical appliances, washing machine and clothes dryer. Open plan dining, lounge/TV room with two sofas (convert to single sofa beds if required - suitable for children only) provides access to the private BBQ decking and Alfresco area with a lovely garden outlook. There is a 2nd toilet and hand basin (powder room) located downstairs. Upstairs you will find an airconditioned Master Bedroom with a King Size bed and 2nd TV unit. Large open ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and double shower heads and hand basin. Step out from the Master Bedroom and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and watch the kangaroos pass by. The airconditioned 2nd bedroom is also on this level with ensuite shower and hand basin. Note: Bedroom 2 can be converted to accommodate a King Size bed for two. Please request prior to arrival. Separate toilet shared by both bathrooms (upstairs). Free guest parking is available on the grounds, a short walk to the apartment. PD's is a privately owned unit (separate from the Resort Management) managed by a local Preston Beach holiday accommodation business (Aldemor Holiday Services), readily available 24hrs to assist you throughout your stay. When COVID19 travel restrictions are in place, it is extremely important that all guests acknowledge and understand reservations will only be accepted on the basis that all guests travelling to Preston Beach must reside in the approved travel regions. We are taking the extra steps during COVID19 times to ensure all our guests enjoy their stay in a safe and clean environment. Our cleaning staff are certified in the COVID19 Hygiene Course.
