From the kitchen, a door leads to the large laundry room equipped with a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. Toilets on this floor. From the kitchen, a wooden staircase brings you to the garden level. you will find: A corridor with parquet floor serving the outdoor covered terrace and also: a cozy living room with parquet floor and exposed beams.
