Positive: It is a new apartment. Overall, the room has a good design and is well-equipped. Everything is new and in good condition. The water pressure is strong, and the bed is comfortable — although the pillow was a bit too hard and high for our liking. The sofa and dining table are comfortable, and the microwave allows for light cooking, which is convenient.
Negative: The front desk staff was quite rude and unhelpful. Despite showing him our booking confirmation, he repeatedly claimed he couldn’t find our reservation. We stayed for two nights, and on one of the days, there was no water supply for several hours, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was below standard — the floor was dusty and dirty. If the cleaning staff and agents don’t maintain the property properly, the room will deteriorate quickly.
