Paws Den OUR ALL WOOD NONSMOKING CABIN HAS A TRANQUIL COUNTRY FEEL TO MAKE EACH GUEST FEEL SPECIAL.PAWS DEN IS THE BOTTOM PART OF THE DUPLEX. IT IS NESTLED IN THE BOTTOM OF THE TRANQUIL NEST CABIN, IT BOASTS A COMPLETELY SEPARATE 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATH UNIT WITH FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN/ LIVING ROOM. PRIVATE LOCKED ENTRY & PARKING SPACE. THE UNIT IS AIR CONDITIONED YEAR ROUND. LOCATED @ 1093 ENGLISH FIELDS DR., NEWPORT, TN. IT HAS A NEW HOT TUB ON THE GATED FRONT PORCH IT IS FULLY HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE ABOUT 27 MILES TO GATLINBURG, PIGEON FORGE. The space PAWS DEN is spacious and fully furnished. Our cabin is wheelchair accessible. Each of the two bedrooms and baths come with all linens and towels. The kitchen is also fully furnished to prepare any type of meal you desire. All pots, pans, cooking utensils, dinnerware, silverware and glassware is provided. We have decorated our cabin to reflect a country feel to make your stay a unique and special time. Guest access PAWS DEN is a complete unit in itself. It encompasses the entire lower portion of the cabin. It has a private keyless lock entry. You access the unit via the lower driveway. Only you have access to a private deck that is fenced and gated in front of the unit. Interaction with guests You will be able to contact us via text with questions or requests. The owner does not reside on the property but a manager is constantly monitoring our home along with nearby homeowners who monitor for any unusual activity via our neighborhood watch. Other things to note PAWS DEN encompasses the entire lower portion of the large cabin which is also on a rental program. There may be guests in the top portion of the cabin which is completely separate from PAWS DEN. No smoking Not suitable for pets No parties or events Check in is anytime after 3PM Park on lower driveway, do not block upper driveway. Do not go upstairs to larger cabin, unit A, above PAWS DEN. PAWS DEN is unit B. We are a NON SMOKING facility. Only the number of guests listed on original reservation will be allowed to stay in cabin. All others will be treated as trespassers and authorities will be notified. Trespassers will be escorted off premises and charges will be brought. Quiet time is between 10 pm. and 9: am. Please TURN OFF all electric fireplaces and heaters when leaving premises for the day. Upon entry to deck please keep gate closed. Do not allow children to wander to upper unit. Do not allow children to wander through wooded property without adult supervision. Please do not put trash out doors as we are in a wooded area that feral animals may frequent. Check in is after 3 pm and check out is by 10 am. so our cleaners can prepare for the next incoming guests. You will be charged an additional $5.00 per five minutes over check out time. We have locked enclosures for you to properly dispose of your tied trash bags. Always lock the enclosure after placing a bag in it. Open bags can draw unwanted animal in the wooded area. Dishes and all kitchen equipment are to be washed and placed in their designated cabinets where they were found. We ask that you start a load sheets and pillow cases with detergent provided when you leave. Please report any non working or broken items via text as soon as possible. There will be a contact number listed in our guest book and a card on the refrigerator to call if there is an urgent problem with the cabin. The hot tub is for your enjoyment, please do not add anything to the water. It will damage the filters. Never leave a child alone near the hot tub. Always keep the cover closed when not in use. Remember, safety first. If you somehow cause damage to the hot tub by not adhering to the rules for its use, you will assessed the full amount to repair it. So please treat our home and it's contents as you would yours. If someone smokes in our home you will be assessed the full amount of the cost to have the odor professionally removed. This very costly, more than $600.00, so please adhere to our nonsmoking policy.
