Positive: The staff were absolutely incredible and very welcoming, especially Nesma! The food was also just perfect and the hotel has a fantastic breakfast
Negative: The cleanliness is an issue. I had to change my bed sheets after a weird smell and the shower and sink was a bit gross. I tried to clean the sink a bit and it worked which tells me that they just need to devote a bit more effort.
