This home features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave, dishwasher, blender, commercial built-in ice maker under counter, single-serve Keurig coffee maker, 12-cup coffee brewer, as well as a washer, dryer, ironing board, hair dryer, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, laminate and LVT flooring. Three TVs, two DVD players, stereo, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king-sized beds, as well as one twin-over-double and one twin-over-twin bunk bed set, plus two ottomans that convert into twin-sized beds. Outdoor amenities feature a community swimming pool, gas grill, and covered porch as well as beach toys, and three adult and two kids bikes.
