Positive: Absolutely perfect location next to the vineyard and apple orchard; the back porch of our room looked out onto the farm along with mountains and Bolzano in the background. The town was also amazing and it was a short walk into town where there are plenty of wineries, restaurants, and a nice cafe/bakery in the main square next to a beautiful church. I'd suggest walking through the orchard on the path that extends from the main road, it loops back into town just a little ways north and was a gorgeous morning walk. The check in/out process was easy and gated parking was good.
Negative: It was perfect for us, but access with public transport would not be easy. The parking and car accessibility was good, but I found that the bus system in this area is somewhat difficult to track and not completely consistent, and most bus lines stop down on the main road rather than going into the town center.
Summary: Beautiful views of the nearby vineyards and orchards, enchanting town, great staff.
