Contact us for our monthly deals !!! Welcome to this beautiful property nested in the eco-friendly subdivision of The Retreat. The community is surrounded by lakes, forests and is so peaceful and safe, while being a short drive from the parks and restaurants and stores. Downstairs: You will love the open floorplan. The kitchen (European-style design with waterfall countertops), is equipped with all what you need: pots and pans, dishware, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave... The kitchen is fully open to the dining room and lounge so that you can all be together when preparing or enjoying meals. The private splash pool is located at the back next to the living area. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen size bed and its own private bathroom (shower tub). Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms with an ensuite for each. The master has a king size bed. The last bedroom has two twins. The primary bedroom also has a private balcony that overlooks the pool area. Last but not least, your rental is located 2 min walk (tops) from the community clubhouse. You will LOVE the heated pool and spa, the games room and the gym. All comes included in your rental. Why look any further? Book this home before it is gone. *Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course. ** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
