3 Bedroom Cabin in Berkeley Springs

Come discover for yourself why it's called "almost heaven, West Virginia". Situated in a small, quiet community, Pattertwig sits on a beautifully wooded lot, overlooking the stream in the valley below.
Pattertwig is located just minutes from the Cacapon Resort State Park. The park is home to two lakes, horse back riding, spa, mountain bike trails, hiking trails, golf course, dining, and much much more!
To the south is Winchester, VA (~ 35-40 min drive). Check out the historical area, and dine outside on the closed off street. Lots of other restaurants and shopping in town.
To the north is BERKELEY SPRINGS with all of its small town charm. Be sure to visit the BERKELEY SPRINGS State Park and cool off in the natural springs - perfect for kids! See George Washington's bathtub! More spa options in town, as well as shopping and dining.
At the cabin: Step through the front door into an open floor plan which boasts a spacious, stylishly decorated great room, fully stocked kitchen and dining area. The wrap around deck has an outdoor dining area, grill, and deck chairs.
Inside, relax in the great room. Turn on the gas fireplace for those chilly mornings or evenings! Xfinity wi-fi throughout, with 55" smart Roku TV. Be sure to bring your Prime and Netflix passwords.
The kitchen has brand new stainless appliances, small kitchen wares, pots, pans, dishes and everything needed to cook in!
The oversized master bed and bath are located on the first floor. In the master king bedroom (Nectar mattress) you will find a large walk-in closet, perfect for longer stays.
Also on the first floor is a half bath, as well as full size laundry machines, and an iron and small ironing board.
Upstairs are two bedrooms - the first with a queen (Nectar mattress) bed and XL twin trundle and the second bedroom with a full bed and a twin (Nectar mattress) bed. Both bedrooms have a closet for storage.
Hairdryers are located in each full bath, and towels, sheets, pillows, and soap are provided.
You will have access to the main floor and the upstairs. We are located in a quiet community so please drive slowly and keep the noise level low. Thank you!
Other things to note:
Well behaved pets (up to 2) are welcome. Please be sure to clean up after your pets. Due to the extra cleaning required, we will include a $50 charge for pets. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet or two!
