Pat and Ted's is an elegantly modernised retreat with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a modern completely equipped kitchen. Pat and Ted's is on an eleven hectare estate perched on the highest cleared edge of Mount Bonython, looking east across the verdant patchwork of vineyards, orchards and market gardens of the Piccadilly Valley. Adjacent to Mount Lofty summit and backing onto the Cleland Reserve Park, Pat and Ted's is a short walk on trails and roads to both of these tourism icons. The beautiful village of Stirling with its restaurants and gourmet shopping is 10 minutes away to the south and the great food of the Scenic Hotel at Norton Summit is 10 minutes to the north. In between are the Bridgewater Mill and the many cellar doors of the Adelaide Hills wine community. Pat and Ted's is on one of the pioneer vineyards of the Adelaide Hills and the house looks over the rows of vines sweeping down the mountain to the centre of the valley. Pat and Ted's, its Mount Bonython Vineyard and the sheep wandering the property slopes are lovingly tended by the Croser family of Tapanappa Wines and the Tiers Vineyard just 2 kilometers away in the centre of the Piccadilly Valley. This was the home of Pat and Ted Croser, which they built in 1971. Pet friendly with an enclosed back yard and external kennel, Pat and Ted's can accommodate up to 6 adults with two queen-size bedrooms and another with two king single beds. Enjoy the peace, punctuated only by the call of birds on this beautiful margin of the bushland of Cleland Reserve and the scenic Piccadilly Valley.
