We are really excited to welcome guests to our home in Witham St Hughes. Your accommodation is a short drive from both Lincoln City and Newark. We have enjoyed preparing for our guests and have stocked the apartment with as many amenities that can think off for our guest to enjoy.
Our property sleeps up to four guests. The property is ideally situated for welcoming contractors working in Lincoln, Newark or the surrounding area.
Note that the flat is set up on the first floor as it is situated above garages.
You will enter through the main door and a staircase will take you up to the first floor. On the left, there is a large open plan, living, dining and kitchen. As mentioned our kitchen is stocked with an array of amenities required to self-cater. We have a wide screen TV in the living room and a collection of DVDs as well as a games console for guest’s entertainment.
Large appliances include, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Smaller appliances include a kettle, toaster, coffee machine and microwave. There is a dining table that seats four.
At the opposite end of the apartment, there is a family sized bathroom with a shower over the bathtub, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
Parking is at the back of the property, accessed by driving through the arch to the left of the front door.
