There is secure parking for up to 3 cars on the driveway directly outside the garage. Leamington Spa and Warwick Town Centers are just a 5 minute drive away.

Newbold Comyn Park in Leamington has free parking and some great walks across fields, and along the river, with places to eat and drink nearby. Also a leisure centre with pool, climbing wall, exercise classes, cafe. Oakley Wood near Bishop’s Tachbrook, great walks, trails, wildlife, ancient oaks, bluebells in the spring. Stratford on Avon is less than 30 minute’s drive away and there are many great activities there - open top bus to tour the town where Shakespeare was born, theatre, parks, shopping, canal trips. The Cities of Coventry and Birmingham are 1/2 hour or less on the train, and London takes less than 1.5 hours on the train from Leamington Spa.
