Positive: Location on the edge of town and Hoad was good for walking and v dog friendly.
Negative: Parking was v tight on a road with a small turning circle at its end. The property heating was v poor, even with the log burner on the only radiator to work was in the bathroom. The thermostat display wasn’t showing properly so you had no way of altering the settings. Kitchen extractor fan and light are not working, a bulb is missing in the bathroom sink making the house dark, not useful for winter days. The mattress has a spring coming through it. A shame as the house has been furnished to a high spec but is let down by general maintenance.
Summary: Poor heating (we stayed in Dec) meant it was difficult to remain comfortable. We left a day early.
