The space
Stepping into this pretty property, you will find yourself in the spacious and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with exposed beams and a beautiful vaulted ceiling. In the lounge, you can relax on the comfortable seating in front of the TV/DVD, or enjoy a selection of games, DVDs and a guitar that have been provided for your entertainment, whatever the weather. The kitchen area is also well appointed and provides a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Making up the rest of the accommodation are the double and twin bedrooms, and sat next to these is the spacious bathroom with bath and WC.
Heading outside into the shared courtyard, a picnic bench has been provided next to the property for guests own use and further to this the property also benefits from access to a shared area for dogs.

You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor seating area. We do kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves and leave these facilities in a state that is suitable for the next people staying, as our cleaners will be unable to provide a full garden overhaul at each changeover.
