This 2 bedroom, newly refurbished ground floor flat is in a great location for central Chichester with free parking. Perfect for exploring the area of Chichester, the South Downs or attend a Goodwood event. The perfect getaway, you'll have a lovely time in this comfortable and well thought-out home with large garden.
The space
This ground floor apartment has a king bedroom and a twin bedded room. The kitchen is fully kitted with everything you would need and the lounge diner overlooks the large garden. Out the front is the car park space. The newly fitted bathroom has a shower over bath.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves. There is parking out the front for 1 car in the private driveway and there are areas of free street parking as well. Being only half a mile from the town centre and train station, public transport is easy for this apartment.

Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them. Please let us know when booking if you require a cot and high chair and please note that we do not provide cot bedding so please bring your own.

It is a 15 minute walk from the flat into the centre of Chichester where you will find great shopping as well as the Cathedral and Bishops Palace Gardens. Chichester Festival Theatre is only a 15 minute walk from the flat. The famous Goodwood Estate is nearby, famed for its motor and horse racing events throughout the year, as well as some fabulous views from the Trundle back over Chichester Harbour.
