The space
Greenland Quay is a unique and popular area of SE16, South East London. This Thames Dock area offers a relaxed atmosphere, tree-lined walkways, cycle and pedestrian paths, local amenities, spectacular views of Canary Wharf and the City and fantastic transport links. Hop on the Thames Uber River boat, at nearby, Greenland, Surrey Quays, Pier on Rope Street to Greenwich and the World famous O2 Arena eastwards or to Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Blackfriars, Westminster and Waterloo westwards.

Set back slightly from the Quay, this wonderfully peaceful ,Waterfront Townhouse is set over three (3) stylishly designed floors.
As you enter the fully refurbished property you will find the modern and well-equipped kitchen with plentiful work surface space, large fridge freezer, fitted oven with separate hob and appliances and equipment available to prepare meals.
Leading on is the dining room area- which includes a long table with seating for eight (8) guests to enjoy meals together and a cosy break-off nook with designer sofa and cushions where you can enjoy the view out onto the Courtyard area. The double doors from the dining area lead to steps down to this, fully-fenced, private outdoor area with garden furniture including bench and two wicker chairs with cushions to enjoy a spot of outdoor time on sunny days.
From the hallway opposite the front entrance are carpeted stairs leading up to the first floor. On this floor is the first of the three (3) bedrooms this property offers. This cosy bedroom with neutral palette is located to the back of the property, overlooking the Courtyard and has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, wall-mounted shoulder height mirror, a comfortable armchair and clothes rail with shelf for guest belongings.
Opposite this bedroom is the spacious living room area, with curated interiors including the large and comfy, L-shape sofa and side tables with lamps. In a corner of the room are an inviting armchair and reading lamp, perfect for unwinding with a book. There is a desk and chair for guests working or studying from home. From the double doors in this room you can access the balcony, for two (2) and relax and enjoy overlooking the water with a morning coffee. The sofa in this room easily converts to an optional double sofa bed- providing a sleeping area for up to two (2) additional adults. Please request this sofa bed at the time of booking so we can ensure that the additional bedding can be made available. PLEASE NOTE There will be a charge of £40 per booking to cover the linen and costs associated with using the sofa bed- A minimum of 24hours notice will be required to ensure additional bedding is available.
The spacious shower room with shower, basin, WC and towel rail is also on this floor.
The stairs up lead up to the second Double bedroom, located to the back of the property. This pastel pink-hued bedroom is furnished with double bed, side tables with lamps, clothes rail and shelf for guest belongings, wall-mounted, shoulder height mirror, decorative shelving unit. and luxurious armchair.
Next there is the main bathroom shower room with bathtub, shower over bath, basin, WC and towel rail.
Finally, on this second floor is the Master Bedroom with comfortable Super-King sized bed, an inviting armchair with cushion, clothes rail with shelf for guest belongings and dressing table with chair along with a wall mounted, shoulder-height mirror. From this bedroom you can access and enjoy the private balcony for two (2) adults.
Excluding the ground floor, the Townhouse is fully carpeted- adding a luxurious and comfortable feel underfoot.
There is an allocated parking space to the rear of the property for one vehicle. Outside the front of the property is for permit holders only but it is free to park here from 6:30pm(18.30pm) weekdays and during the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays free parking)- Please note there is no parking permit for this property.
The Townhouse is located within the Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
Under2s - There is a highchair with straps (please note there is no cushioned supporter) and a travel cot within the property. Please note that guests will need to bring all bedding with them, including a base sheet.
Pets - While we love pets and provide a pet bed and bowl within the property we kindly request that pets are not allowed to access upstairs due to the newly fitted carpet and furniture. We would also request that any animal mess is removed immediately. Thank you.
You will have access to the entire house during your stay other than a locked cupboard on the landing containing some personal belongings.
We won't be around in person during your stay, however, a remote self-check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 3pm. Our property management company, Pass the Keys®, is on hand to provide 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
The Townhouse is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and one shower towel to use for the stay.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are various convenience stores and supermarkets locally, including Tesco 'Marine Wharf' Express approximately a five (5) minute walk away which is open daily 6AM - 11PM or a larger Tesco Extra Supermarket, located at Surrey Quays Shopping Centre which is open daily 6AM - Midnight, excluding Sunday where opening times are 11AM - 5PM You will also find a Pharmacy here which Opens 8AM - 8PM daily with reduced Sunday opening hours.

Please note -Check-in time is strictly after 3pm and check-out time is strictly before 11am.
Our home is within a quiet residential area. Please respect our home and neighbors by keeping the noise down. No loud noise after 10pm. Strictly no parties!
No smoking/vaping or BBQs anywhere on the property, including the balconies or outside courtyard area please.
Indoor shoes/slippers only please. Please use the table mats, coasters and heat proof mats to protect our furniture and worksurfaces.
Please respect the balcony weight restrictions of 2adults at any one time on the Master bedroom balcony and 3adults at any one time on the Living room balcony.
There is a high chair with strap (but no support cushion) along with a travel cot available within the property. Guests will need to bring their own travel cot bedding, including base sheet.
An optional double sofa bed is available within the Living room. . If required, please request the sofa bed at time of booking. Please note that 24hours notice will be required to arrange the additional bedding for this booking.
Please do not allow pets to use the upper 2 floors of the property (or any carpeted areas) please also do not allow pets up on the furniture. Any pet mess must be cleared immediately please.
Please ensure that parking bollard is left in an upright position when not in use or when exiting the property.
For every stay longer than 14days there will be linen changes required (on the 14th day, 28th day 42nd day etc).
When leaving the property please make sure you close all windows and lock the doors. Please note there is a £100 charge for lost keys due to required lock replacement, so please be careful with them.
