About this space
My beautifully serene, two bedroom, house with private garden and parking space, is wonderfully located within a peaceful close in Rotherhithe, SE16 London.
With Canada Water underground station just a short 7minute walk, you can be in the bustling city of London in under 15minutes.
It is the perfect base for Guests wishing to experience the excitement of the Capital but who also enjoy a calm and quiet place to unwind. It really is the best of both Worlds!
The space
My beautiful house is set over two level and includes...
Master bedroom with King bed.
Second bedroom with Double bed and reading nook.
Light bathroom with shelving space.
Spacious Kitchen with peaceful eat-in dining area.
Comfortable and quiet Sitting room area.
First Floor
The two well-sized bedrooms are comfortable and have storage for clothing and belongings. The Master bedroom has a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The double room has a storage cupboard with some shelving and hanging space along with an armchair for a quiet reading session. Both bedrooms have bedside tables and lamps with carpeted flooring.
The light bathroom is set between the two bedrooms and is well sized with an over-bath shower, bath, basin, WC and laundry basket.
Ground Floor
The spacious and tranquil sitting room includes two chairs, two coffee tables, Smart TV, luxurious rug and comfortable sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed for one person.
The equipped kitchen includes a new fridge-freezer, plentiful surface space to prepare meals and a washing machine/dryer. There is a lovely eat-in area joining the kitchen which includes a wooden table with two benches and a chair to enjoy meals together.
The spacious and lawned garden can be accessed via the kitchen door. There is a small table and four chairs for enjoying a spot of outdoors time.
You will have access to the entire house during your stay. I won't be around in person, however, a remote self check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 3pm. My property management company, Pass the Keys®, is on hand to provide 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
My home is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and one shower towel for the stay.
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a large Tesco Supermarket, at Surrey Quays Shopping Centre, just a short 7 minute walk away.
There is a parking space allocated to the house, details will be provided on booking. Please note that my home is within the Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.

Unfortunately my home is not suitable for under 2s as there is no travel cot, highchair or baby safety equipment available.
