The space
This main-door property sits on the corner of a traditional blonde sandstone apartment built over 100 years ago, in a quiet one-way street with free on-street parking along the crescent and in the parallel streets. Secure front gate, private entrance & gardens with privacy hedge & pleached trees in the large private patio along the external of the property. Storm doors to the entrance vestibule are a fantastic feature of the property and when shut at night, give cosy 'do not disturb' privacy.
The property has some outstanding features such as highly ornate original cornicing in each room, two beautiful fire places (Living room & dining room/office) with generous room sizes, adequate seating dining spaces, along with upstairs and downstairs toilet facilities.
