Suggestion: Rental cars are expensive. When I go there I Uber everywhere and save money, and there are rental car places about 2-miles up the beach. Our great grandfather built this house in 1920, so it's safe to say we know a little about PAG, and we doubt you'll find a better "VALUE" on PAG than our house, but if you think you have run that by us...and we'll see what we can do. ******************* OUR LOCATION & SURROUNDING AREA: First, talk to any realtor or local in the Tampa Bay area and they'll categorically tell you that PAG is where everyone around the central Gulf Coast wants to be. PAG is a famous beach that starts at the iconic Don CeSar Hotel and ends at the southern tip of an old fishing village. N.b., Our house is located in PAG "proper". Most everything on PAG resides around 8th Ave; the house is on 7th Ave. You are literally a hop, a skip, a jump and a stone's throw from everything PAG has to offer. House sleeps 6, but you could squeeze 8 if you had visiting children. Enjoy nightly gatherings for the sunset when the bell is rung at Paradise Grille. Enjoy casual and fine dining at the new Berkeley Beach Club both indoor and rooftop and Graces, or the roof top bar at the Hurricane Restaurant; the Brass Monkey is a bar & grille (beautiful 2nd level deck looking out into the Gulf) and is a home away from home for Baltimore Ravens fans; gather at breakfast with the morning PAG crowd at the famous Seahorse Restaurant; ICE CREAM shop on the block (All on 8th Ave) there are many other seafood, Italian and casual restaurants within walking distance or up the beach. The historic Merry Pier on 8th Ave has the Miss PAG for 1/2 day deep sea fishing, and then there is the Hustler boat with MEGA ponies to get you out into the Gulf far and fast. Meir Pier also has a hourly shuttle to nearby islands. It also has a bait shop for fishing. Nearby Fort Desoto Park offers unspoiled beaches and great opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts windsurfing, biking, shelling, running, kayaking... Easy access to 275 for trips to St. Pete Tampa or Sarasota for fine arts, shopping, dining. ************************* OUR RENTS, RATES, FEES, CANCELLATIONS, SECURITY DEPOSIT & OTHER DETAILS: (7) day stay is the minimum. Bi-weekly, monthly or longer rents preferred. Longer rent prices may be negotiable. On PAG rates change with time of year. I've found VRBO sometimes quotes the wrong monthly rate (i.e., too high). For monthly rates we can negotiate via Vrbo email. Summer monthly rents very affordable. Snowbird special available contact me and we can discuss. N.b., Seasonal months (Jan-Apr) have a strict refund policy once you are on our calendar. We only take reservations 14 or more days from check in. Last minute bookings have a bad track record, but you can try to persuade me. Cleaning Fee: $150 Pet Fee (when necessary): $150 Our CANCELLATION policy is understanding and flexible to a degree, but cancellations can cost a family owned rental, especially season rents. Hence, if you get on our calendar and fall within 14-days of the restriction and cancel, if we CAN rent it out, we'll be happy to refund all or the difference to you. SECURITY DEPOSIT: I've requested both insurance & deposit, but I'm willing to work with you should you decide to reserve the house. Family managed. This means attention to detail, cleanliness, extra service & quality, moreover, you have direct contact with the owner. We have just taken over the management of our house. Our house also had exceptional reviews (4.8/5) while under current management company. Not mandatory, but please send us a message first prior to cranking up the VRBO accept and decline machine. I should respond back within a few hrs if not minutes. =============================== ************************** Gulf Way and 7th Ave cross corner Lot is 4,300 sqft, Structure 1390 sqft **************************
