The resort is surrounded by restaurants, golf, nightlife, shopping and family attractions. In keeping with a sensational reputation, Boardwalk features an endless variety of amenities and extravagances to ensure an unforgettable visit. The hardest part is deciding what to take advantage of first! The Resort Features Beach and Water Sport Activities, 16 Acres of Private Beach, Under the Boardwalk Bar and Grill, 2500 sq. ft. zero entry HEATED POOL with a beautiful waterfall, 2 Gulf Side Hot Tubs and Interactive Children's Splash Zone Pool Area.
This upscale tropical decorated unit is on the 9th floor. It's just the right level for the spectacular Gulf of Mexico views and high enough to be away from the pool noise. The unit has 1380 square feet, 9 foot ceilings, crown molding, ceiling fans and tile flooring throughout the entire condo. The kitchen features newer appliances and granite countertops.
PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED!
The LIVING ROOM has a wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico. It features a sleeper sofa for extra guests, a ceiling fan, a chaise lounger and chair. You can also enjoy free wireless internet and a 51 inch Samsung HDTV with DVD Blu-ray player. The balcony has a table with 4 chairs and 2 separate swivel chairs with table.
The DINING ROOM has comfortable seating for 6 along with 4 bar stools. The dining table has a travertine table top.
The MASTER BEDROOM has a KING size bed with a high quality mattress, a ceiling fan and a 32 inch Samsung HDTV. Enjoy the spectacular views of the emerald coast with floor to ceiling windows and a separate entrance to the balcony. The master bathroom has a huge walk-in closet, double vanity, separate shower and a large Jacuzzi tub. For your convenience, there is a complimentary hair dryer.
The GUEST ROOM features 2 QUEEN size beds with high quality mattresses. It also has a ceiling fan and a 32 inch Samsung HDTV. The guest bathroom features a complimentary hair dryer.
LAUNDRY ROOM with full size washer and dryer.
Enjoy a cup of coffee or beverage on the large private balcony with entrances from the living room and master bedroom. You have a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool.
