Apartamento con dos dormitorios, ambos con ventilador de techo, un baño, un aseo-ducha, cocina independiente con galería-lavadero y salón comedor con salida a amplia terraza de orientación Sur con toldo y con buenas vistas al mar, a la piscina y a la montaña. Tiene una segunda terraza Norte accesible desde la cocina. Incluye aparcamiento y ofrece AC en el salón-comedor. NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS.
El apartamento está equipado con ropa de cama y toallas, y todo lo necesario para cocinar y poner mesa. No es un estándar la olla a presión, la batidora ni la tostadora eléctrica; por ello si alguna de estas les es imprescindible no olviden traerla! Capacidad 4 personas.
El complejo “PARQUEMAR III-IV” consta de tres bloques de seis alturas, con amplia zona común ajardinada rodeando la piscina, y tiene una pista de tenis. Algunos apartamentos tienen aparcamientos cubiertos. Situado en la zona Norte a 65 metros de la fina arena de la playa. Zona muy tranquila, de poco tráfico, que asegura el descanso.

Existe la posibilidad de recogida de llaves fuera de horario de oficina, solicitando la anticipadamente y habiendo pagado completamente el apartamento y depositado la fianza con anterioridad. La salida y desalojo de los alojamientos se efectuará antes de las 10:00 horas de la mañana.
