Built in 1890, with much of its classic charm and appeal intact, the Park View home enjoys many modern updates throughout. This comfortable home is a wonderful base to spend days sightseeing, walking downtown to shop or have lunch and stroll back to relax and regroup. Park View is part of a duplex, but has its own entrance and private accommodations to include tasteful decor, new beds. and has a wonderful mix of antique furnishings throughout. Traditional, somewhat steep, carpeted stairs lead from the dining area to the hallway on the second-floor with a bedroom on either side. A full bath is accessible from both bedrooms which includes a soaking clawfoot tub, but not a shower unit.
