Parchment House is a 1920's modern farmhouse designed for adult only stays. The house rests on 18 spacious acres, complete with a river and a rustic hay barn, making it the perfect oasis to retreat for relaxation, reflection and creative pursuits. It lies between the villages of Three Oaks and Sawyer, both of which have an abundance of places to visit. The surrounding region is rich with wineries, breweries, antiques, farms and the closest beaches are a 20 minute drive away. Please take note, if you are wanting a lake house, a view of the lake, a walk to the lake or an endless beach vacation, this is not the house for you.
