This layout provides significant privacy and quiet to the sleeping areas. Every window or balcony in the property offers black-out electric shutters to allow a restful night’s sleep.

Please be advised that this property is in a peaceful, residential area of Menaggio. The apartment has been designed with families in mind and is not suitable for guests seeking to use the house for loud parties, or hen / stag weekends. The penthouse is part of a small condominium building with two other apartments, so the common spaces must be shared fairly, and excessive noise must be restricted between 10pm and 8am. A copy of the building rules is available on request, and in any event will be provided in advance of your stay once you have booked.

The closest airports to Menaggio are Milan Malpensa (85 minutes’ drive) and Lugano Airport (50 minutes’ drive).
