Paradise Villas #4 is a cheerfully decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths, a two-story condo that comfortably sleeps 8. The Villa is part of a beautifully kept complex with 23 villas, large open terraces overlooking the water, private palapas on the beach, and on-site security. Paradise Villas is on Playa Encanto, a pristine beach with smooth sand and no rocks or coral to interfere with your enjoyment of the beach. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bath with walk-in shower, fireplace, and private balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds, a private balcony overlooking the estuary, and an upstairs hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is beautifully tiled and fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. The living room has a sleeper sofa, satellite tv, and wifi. Sheets and one set of bath towels per person are provided. Owner requests no smoking and no pets. patio seating and grill are included. Other amenities include central heat and air conditioning and swimming pool. The private beach allows for terrace/patio fire pits or beach fires. So much else to enjoy all day long: sunrises, beachcombing, sunsets, star-filled skies with no city lights, dolphins, pelicans, seagulls, sand dollars, crabs, and much more! 3-night minimum all Holidays. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay).
