Nestled on a quiet and peaceful point on the north end of Lake Lanier, Paradise Point is the perfect family lake home.
Less than 1 hour north of Atlanta, the fully renovated home is in an idyllic location down a secluded private drive amongst pine trees and sweeping lake views, while still being conveniently located within 15 minutes of all the sights, sounds, and tastes of downtown Gainesville, Georgia.
Nestled on the quiet and calm north end of Lake Lanier, the Paradise Point resides in a very private cove with 270-degree lake views and offers a short, flat walk to the dock and water.
The home is 5,400 sq ft and has 5 large bedrooms, 6 full baths, and one ½ bath.
As you enter the home, a sizeable and open-floor plan greet you where you’ll have ample space to lounge, relax, and take in the views!
The main level consists of the living room, dining room, breakfast area, covered porch with dining tables and lounge chairs, 3 full size bedrooms with en suites, and a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, with all stainless steel appliances, including two Wolf convection ovens, microwave, 6 burner induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee station.
The Primary room features a king-sized bed and comes with amazing lake views, a gas fireplace, and large flat-screen Smart TV.
The Primary room's expansive bath features a spacious shower area with multiple shower heads for a soothing and spa-like shower experience along with dual vanities and a private toilet area.
On the other side of the home, you’ll find 2 bedrooms both with large private bathrooms. One of the rooms comes with a Queen bed and the other a King bed.
As you venture downstairs to the terrace level you'll find an amazing and open game room, complete with arcade, pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard, card table, and a ping pong table, gas fireplace and large Smart TV.
Additionally, you have a complete 2nd kitchen downstairs with bar seating, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, etc.
Heading outside from the terrace level, guests will find a short and flat walk to the dock.
Additionally, there is a firepit and a gas grill for guest use.
And no lake house is complete without a large and private boat dock! We also provide paddleboards, kayaks, floats, life vests, a swim platform and ladder, and other essential lake toys for guest use free of charge.
Bring your rod-and-reels as the cove is also fantastic for fishing - even right from the dock!
The dock is a great place to tie up a boat during your stay - the boat launch is only 5 minutes away and there is trailer parking at the top of the driveway.
Don't have a boat, but want to rent one? No problem! We have a boat rental service less than 5 minutes from the Paradise Point with fantastic rates and you can even keep the boat at the dock during your stay!
We also offer chartered boat captain services as well for those that want to not have to worry about driving.
